Masjidi is a mobile app that keeps members connected with their local masjid — access prayer times, announcements, notices, financial summaries, and more, all in one place.

🚀 Getting Started

Download the app and open it.
Enter your Member No and Passcode provided by your masjid administrator.
Your default passcode is the first 4 letters of your masjid name followed by your Member No (e.g. MASJ42). Change it after first login.
If you do not know your credentials, contact your masjid admin.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my passcode. What should I do?

Contact your masjid administrator to reset your passcode. They can view and update it from the admin dashboard.

My account says "Inactive". Why?

Your membership may have been marked inactive by the admin. Please reach out to your masjid office to reactivate.

Prayer times or announcements are not showing.

This information is managed by your masjid admin. If it's missing, ask them to update it in the admin panel.

My financial summary looks incorrect.

Transaction records are entered by the masjid admin. If you spot an error, contact your masjid office with details.

The app is not loading / crashing.

Try force-closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall, then contact support.
